How I got into insulation work
I learned insulation on my own drafty house, crawling around up there until the place finally held heat. Then I learned the rest on other people's jobs, in hot attics and tight crawl spaces, and in 2021 I started Beacon Cañon City Spray Foam Insulation here in Cañon City.
Most calls I get are about cold rooms, a hot upstairs, a power bill that keeps climbing, or old insulation nobody's sure about, plus some from business owners. Around Cañon City and Pueblo West I see plenty of thin old fill and rooms over the garage that never warm up. What I care about is plain. The work should do what you paid for and not start a new problem, so old wiring, wet spots and gas appliances get dealt with first. If you don't need us at all, I'll tell you that too.

We look for old wiring, water damage and insulation that's been soaked or full of droppings first, because new material over any of that just buries the problem. You hear what we found before we price anything.
Gaps sealed before we insulate
We do air sealing first, closing the gaps around lights, pipes and the attic hatch. Insulation laid over an open gap ends up fighting a draft and won't do the job you paid for.

We check whether the city or Fremont County handles permits for your address and take care of any the job needs before work starts. Our own crew does the work, and I check it with you at the end.
